By accessing this website, purchasing products, booking farm visits, or engaging in any services offered by Wolf Creek Farms (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of Website

This website is intended for informational and transactional purposes related to Wolf Creek Farms. By using this site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Sale of USDA-Inspected Meat

All meat products sold by Wolf Creek Farms are USDA-inspected and processed at licensed facilities.

Once meat leaves our possession, Wolf Creek Farms is not responsible for improper handling, storage, or preparation. All sales of meat products are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Availability is subject to inventory, seasonal processing schedules, and processing facility timelines.

3. Sale of Live Animals

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any live animal.

Deposits are non-refundable unless and until the animal is sold to another buyer.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the animal leaves the farm.

Ownership does not transfer until full payment is received.

Wolf Creek Farms makes no guarantees regarding future performance, breeding outcomes, temperament, or productivity of live animals unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Farm Visits & Agritourism Activities

Wolf Creek Farms offers farm visits and agritourism experiences by appointment or scheduled event.

Virginia Agritourism Liability Notice (Required by Law)

WARNING:

Under Virginia law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

All visitors must sign a liability waiver prior to entering the farm or participating in activities.

Children under 18 years of age must be supervised at all times.

Visitors must follow all posted rules and verbal instructions from farm staff.

5. Farm Visit Deposits, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Some farm visits or events may require a deposit.

Visits may be rescheduled with advance notice.

Deposits are non-refundable if the visit is canceled.

Failure to show up without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Wolf Creek Farms reserves the right to:

Refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Remove individuals from the property for failure to follow farm rules, unsafe behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward people, animals, or property.

Issue no refunds if a visitor or customer is removed due to rule violations.

7. Photography & Media

Personal photography is permitted during farm visits.

Photos and videos may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Wolf Creek Farms.

Any approved commercial use must include credit to Wolf Creek Farms.

Wolf Creek Farms reserves the right to photograph or record activities on the farm for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided.

8. Assumption of Risk

By visiting Wolf Creek Farms, purchasing products, or participating in activities, you acknowledge that farm environments include inherent risks such as:

Animal behavior, Uneven terrain, Weather conditions, Farm equipment

You voluntarily assume all such risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Creek Farms shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from:

Farm visits or agritourism activities, Use or consumption of products, Interaction with animals or property

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

11. Changes to Terms

Wolf Creek Farms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
